Registration is OPEN.  Practice locations will not be released until we confirm coaches, and high school practice spaces.  

Clinic Wrestling is for beginner wrestlers ages 4 to 6 years old.  This is an introductory and non-competitive, environment with one weeknight practice.  Practices are usually an hour long, and full of basic skills, fun, and games.  Wrestlers will be given the chance to experience 1 to 2 matches on Saturdays towards the end of the season.   

• In Season Wrestling Starts the week of November 13. 
• TEAM OPTIONS: 
  • Long Reach HS on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00pm
  • Wilde Lake HS on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm
• 4 to 6 years old
• Beginner, non- competitive
• Practice one night a week at area High schools in the wrestling rooms or Aux. Gym
• Basic Skills, fun and games
• 1 to 2 matches at the end of the year on Saturday afternoon at Gary J Arthur Community Center.  These dates are usually in January. 
• Season runs from - Nov 13-Feb 8
• Clinic practices are usually 1 hour long and are held between these times:  6:00-7:30pm

• Clinic Wrestlers will have the opportunity for 2 Saturdays within the season to wrestle in a match format.
• Dates:  Will be determined in November (Most likely will be in January)
• Location:  Gary J. Arthur Community Center
• Hours:  Will be determined in November (1 to 2 hours) total and it will be in the afternoon.
