- If your child did not receive an invite for this level of wrestling and you feel that your child should try this room, please email Amy Patton at apatton@howardcountymd.gov . We would like wrestlers to bring sneakers/running shoes to each practice. We plan to incorporate some outdoor running & training as well. Wednesdays will be a heavy focus on technique, and Fridays will be “Friday Night Live”.
